Cd（NH2CSNHNH2）（SCN）2晶体的 X 射线衍射分析和缺陷研究
X-Ray Diffraction Analysis and Defects Study of Cd （NH2NHCSNH2） （NCS）2Crystal
【摘要】 Cd（NH2CSNHNH2）（SCN）2晶体是一种新的有机非线性光学材料。我们用 X 射线粉末衍射方法收集了该晶体的衍射数据,做了指标化计算。用 X 射线单晶透射形貌术,研究了晶体的内部缺陷及其产生的原因。
【Abstract】 Cd（NH2NHCSNH2）（NCS）2 crystal is a new organic nonlinearoptical crystal.We have analysed phases of the crystal by X-Ray powderdiffraction.The defects in Cd（NH2NHCSNH2）（NCS）2 crystal have been studiedby means of X-Ray topography.The property of defects and cause of thedefects formation were discussed.Measures for decreaseing defects and impro-ving the quality of the crystal have been suggested.
