从冰晶石熔盐中生长红宝石单晶
Growth of Ruby Crystal from Cryolite
【摘要】 本文介绍了使用熔盐法、顶部籽晶技术从 Na3 AlF6助熔剂中生长掺铬红宝石单晶。研究了籽晶取向对生长习性的影响。讨论了熔剂挥发对晶体生长的影响,以及主要的晶体缺陷:熔剂包体。
【Abstract】 In this paper,doped Cr:ruby crystals were grown fromNa3AlF6 flux by the top seeded technique.The effects of seed orienation onthe crystal habit were studied The problems of flux evaporation during thegrowth as well as the main crystal defects:flux inclusion were discussed.
