春季热带低频振荡研究
A STUDY ON LOW FREQUENCY OSCILLATION OVER TROPICS DURING SPRING
【摘要】 本文应用1975—1983年全球逐日OLR资料以及1980—1983年ECMWF全球格点风场资科研究春季热带低频振荡,得出了这一季节热带低频振荡的分布特征及与冬、夏季节的差异,同时还分析了低频振荡中心的偶极子振荡特征以及振荡的传播趋势。同时,本文还得出了东半球季风区域内低层大尺度环流系统在过渡季节的演变趋势以及在低频振荡不同阶段系统间相互作用的一些事实。
【Abstract】 In this paper, Outgoing Longwave Radiation ( OLR ) data of NOAA from 1975 to 1983 and ECMWF wind field data from 1980 to 1983 are used to investigate the characteristics of low frequency oscillation over tropics during spring. The distribution features of low frequency oscillation over tropics in this season and the differences with those in winter and summer are obtained. The dipole oscillation features of low frequency oscillation center and its propagation trend are also discussed. Furthermore, the evolution trend of low level macro-scale circulation systems of the monsoon area over the eastern hemisphere during the transitional season and the interactions among these systems in different" stages of the low frequency oscillation are found.
