【摘要】 总结我院1979年3月至1989年3月手术治疗并获得五年以上随访的乳腺癌118例,其中87例接受化疗。两组(化疗与非化疗组)分期构成、手术方式、腋淋巴结转移及年龄分布均无明显差异(P>0.05)。而化疗组的五年生存率(78.16％)明显高于非化疗组(48.39％);相反,五年复发转移率前者(22.99％)明显低于后者(51.61％) (P<0.01)。文中强调了术后辅助化疗在乳腺癌综合治疗中的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 From March 1979 to March 1989, 118 patients with breast cancer treated with operation and followed up in our hospital.of them,87 cases had received the chemotherapy (chemotherapeutical group) and 31 caseshad not received (Simple operation group) .In the stage of the disease, the operation, fliatkod, the matastatic rate of axillary lymph nodes and the age distribution, there difference between the chemotherapeutical group and the simple operation group is insignificant (P>0.05) .Nevertheless, the5-year survival rate (78.16%) of the chemotherapeutial group is significantly higher than that (48.39%) of the simple operation group(P<0.01),The 5-year recurrence and metastatic rate (22.99%) of the chemotherapeutical group is obviously lower than that (51.61%) of the simple operation group (P<0.01) .The importance of the postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in the combined treatment for breast cancer was stressed.更多还原
