【Abstract】 This experiment is to observe the model of stress ulcer which resucted in different time and method.The result is this, to fast the model for 48 hours, to tie it up and to put it into water for 5 hours.Finally, to untie it for 19 hours.There appeared a great deel of focis on the gastric mucosa of the experimental rat.Which are deep, big in the, range and wide in the distribution.The focis appeared fleeding, erosion and ulcer.The model can be called the best one.更多还原
