球墨铸铁曲轴的断裂分析
Analysis of Nodular Cast Iron Crankshaft Breaking
【摘要】 分析了两种尺寸的球墨铸铁曲轴的一些失效断口,通过断口的特性分析,确定了曲轴的冲击过载弯曲断裂性质,并提出了由于装配原因如保证不了缸孔轴线与曲轴支承孔中心线的垂直度就有产生冲击过载的两种可能性,同时也提出了避免产生的这种类型断轴的技术措施.
【Abstract】 Some breaking faces of two types of the invalid nodular cast iron crankshaft are analyzed. From the analysis, the crankshaft breaking property, or the impact overload bending break, has been determined, and the view has been put forward that there are two kinds of possibilities of giving rise to the impact overload, if the perpendicularity of the cylinder centre line to the crankshaft bearing centre line is not ensured in the assembly processing. And the technique to prevent this kind of crankshaft from breaking has been given.
