Ni(NaPh)2-Al(i-Bu)3-(BF3.OEt2+醇+酯)体系催化丁二烯聚合

【摘要】 在探讨了醇-酯混合溶剂对BF3OEt2在加氢汽油中的增溶情况和Ni-Al-(B+醇+酯)体系聚合行为的基础上,考察了水对该体系聚合活性、聚合物特性粘数、聚合反应速率、微观结构和分子量分布的影响.结果表明,当H2O/Al(摩尔比)≤2.3,醇-酯混合溶剂是BF3·OEt2的良好增溶剂,由它增溶的催化体系聚合活性高,且可制得特性粘数高、分子量分布宽、Cis-1,4含量大于96%的聚丁二烯.

【Abstract】 The effect of the mixed additive, ROH and R’OOR", on the compatibility of BF3OEt2 with hydrogeoated gasolioe and the behaiour of butadiehe polymerization with nickle catalyst system were inivesti gated. Furthermore, the effects of H2O on the polymerization rate, the monomer conversion, the iotrinsic viscosity, the distribution of molecular weight and the microstructure of polymer were also determined. The results showed: The mixed additive greatly improved the compatibility of BF3OEt2 with hydrogeoated gasolioe. The eatalyst system had not only a high activity but also a fair stability if the mole ratio of H2O/Al was smaller than or equal to 2.3, anp the cotent of cis-1.4 chain unit was very high, about 96% in the polymer.
