【摘要】 在对SP347C型自卸汽车举升机构进行了运动分析和计算机计算的基础上,采用解析逼近法对该举升机构进行了接近工程实际的受力分析,在考虑摩擦力影响的情况下求解了各运动副的反力和举升驱动力(作用于推杆上的液压力),并绘制了相应的曲线图,为举升机构的强度设计、轴承设计等提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some kinematic analysis and computer simulation for a lifting mechanism of the model SP 347C dump truck, with analytical approximation method is done. The forces applied on the lifting apparatus are analysed close to the engineering practice, then thus the lifting force, i.e. hydraulic force applied on push-rod, and counter forces of various moving pairs are solved considering the effect of friction, their corresponding curves are therefore plotted. The study provides the basis for calculating the strength of the lifting apparatus and its bearings design.更多还原
