汽车非线性系统随机振动响应模拟
Response Simulation of Random Vibration in Automotive Nonlinear Systems
【摘要】 介绍了利用非线性模态综合分析技术建立整车非线性模型的方法和原理。提出了一套改进的统计线性化的方法,从而完善了车辆非线性随机振动方程的求解方法。在此基础上编制的NSAP程序,具有较强的通用性和实用性。应用该程序分析了板簧干摩擦对车辆响应的影响,并提出了新观点。
【Abstract】 The methods and principle in establishing a nonlinear model for a whole motor vehicle by using the comprehensive nonlinear modal analysis techniques are presented in this paper. A set of improved analytic methods about statiscal linearization is proposed, it consummates the solution of equations concerning automotive nonlinear random vibration. On this basis a NSAP program which has better versatility and practicability has been established. As an example, the effect of dry friction in leaf spring upon the vehicle response is studied by using this program, a few new points of view are raised as well.
