【摘要】 我院自1985年8月至1991年4月共诊治血精症56例。其中施行精道造影39例,尿道镜检16例。明确病因为感染者40例,其次为精囊囊肿、尿道息肉等。经治疗38例血精消失,10例改善。文中结合文献讨论了本病病因、诊断步骤及治疗。强调精道造影的意义,总结了在精道炎症时,壶腹部、精囊、射精管因渗出、狭窄、扩张、闭塞、萎缩引起的主要X线表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 56 Patients with haemospermia were managed between Aug. 1985 and Apr. 1991. Vesiculography was performed in 39 cases and cystourethroscopy in 16. Infection (40/56) was determined as the major cause, and then the cyst of the seminal vesical, the polyp of urethra and so on. 38 of them have been cured, 10 improved. The aetiology of bleeding and steps for diagnosis and treatment were discussed. Specifically, it is noted that the abnormal manifestations of vesiculography in inflammation are characterized by the extravasation, stricture, distension, obstruction or constriction in the ampulla, seminal vesicle or ejaculatory duct.更多还原
