【Abstract】 Biochemical changes of γ-Glutamyl Transpeptidase(GGT)have been inve-stigated in tissues from resected esophageal carcinoma in total 25 patients.Resulfs showed that there were significant difference between cancer tissuesand normal tissues(P<0.01),and there was tendency of negative correlationbetween the GGT activity and the extent of differentiation of squamous cellcarcinoma of esophagus.GGT has a possibility of becoming a marker fordiagnosing early esophageal cancer and pre-carcinomatous lesion.更多还原
