甲醇内冷的油冷汽油机的研究
Oil-Cooled Gasoline Engine with Internal Methanol Cooling
【摘要】 使用油冷代替水冷,汽油机传热损失减少,在大负荷情况下,则采用甲醇内冷抑制爆震。试验结果表明,甲醇内冷的油冷汽油机热耗率下降6%~16%,排放也有所改善。
【Abstract】 The heat loss of gasoline engine can be reduced by replacing the water-cooling with oil cooling. Under heavy load condition, the detonation is suppressed with the use of internal methanoi cooling in intake charge. The test results showed that the specific heat comsumption rate of the oil-cooling gasoline er.gine with internal methanoi cooling was decreased by 6~12% and the exhaust emission was improved.
