【Abstract】 This article reports the retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma confirmed by operation and patho—histology.with ref- erence of some literature,it discusses its etiology,clinical feature and imagologic manefistation,It shows that CT and ul- trascund is not only important in diagnosis of the retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma,but also is very helpful in differ ential diagnosis of the retropertineal tumors.更多还原
