【摘要】 1982年1月～1991年2月间,我院住院风心病436例,其中窦律组210例,房颤组226例。我们对两组的年龄、病程、左房内径,左房内径比主动脉内径、三级以上心功,风湿活跃、肺部感染、电轴右偏八项指标进行对比,结果两组具有显著或非常显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。房颤组的年龄、病程、左房内径、右房内径比主动脉内径之均值以及三级以上心功、电轴右偏的发生率明显高于窦律组。而风湿活跃、肺部感染的发生率,窦律组明显高于房颤组。更多还原

【Abstract】 436 cases with rheumatic heart diseases were hospitalized in our departmentfrom January 1982 to December 1991,210 cases suffering from sinus rhythemsand 226 cases suffering form auricular fibrillation.The author compared the twogroups and discovered remarkable or very renarkable differences between them(P<0.05,P<0.01).The age,the course,the diameter of left auricule,the mean of diameter of left auricule to diameter of aorta,the over third level of heart function.and the incidence of right axis deviation in the group of auricular fibrillation is much higher than those in the group of sinus rhythms;the activity ofrheumatism,the incidence of infections in lungs in the group of sinus rhythemsis much higher than those in the group of auricular fibriuation.更多还原
