工艺参数对镍铁合金刷镀沉积率的影响

【摘要】 研究了施镀电压、温度、电极相对线速度等工艺参数对镍铁合金刷镀沉积率的影响规律,提出了合理的施镀工艺规范。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the effect of plating voltage, temperature and relative speed of electrodes to deposit rate and recommends an optimum technical regulation for the electrolyte.
