亚麻品种资源种子油分积累与转化规律的研究

【摘要】 本文在试验和测定的基础上,对裁培亚麻典型品种资源单果种子和群体种子在成熟、萌发过程中油分舍量的消长规律作了详尽地分析。试验表明:不同类型亚麻种子在形成过程中脂肪的积累速度、积累强度;在种子萌发过程中油分的转化速度、转化强度均有差异。在种子形成过程中干物重与含油量相关系数平均为0.9099;脂肪转化为可溶性糖量的多少直接影响到发芽率的高低,其相关系数为0.9211。试验结果为亚麻种质筛选、利用及良种良法提供了一定的理论根据。

【Abstract】 Changes of oil content of individual and colony of the seeds of typical Flax resources during maturation and sprouting were studied It was showed that for different varieties of Flax speed and strength o(?) fat accumulation during seed formation were different and speed and strength of fat transformation during sprouting were also different.The relative coefficient between dry matters and oil content in seeds was 0.9099 in the course of development of seed.The capacity of the soluble carbohydrate transformed from fat directly affected percentage of seed-germination,and the“R”between the former and the latter was 0.9211.The test results may give certain theoretical basis for selection and utilization of flax germ plasm
