【摘要】 应用了A、B、C法7种单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色,检测南京地区23例成人非何杰金淋巴瘤活检标本,结果示9例T系淋巴瘤,8例B系淋巴廇,非T非B及未定型淋巴瘤各3例。病理组织学表现与免疫表型符合率B系达80％,T系达60％。故根据形态学表现估测免疫表型是可行的。经HTLV抗体血清检测,仅1例多形细胞性T淋巴瘤患者阳性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biopsy specimens from 23 adult patients with non-Hodgkin’ s lymphoma (NHD) in Nanjing district were collected. We adopted the A. B. C, immunohistologic staining procedure for tissue section and tested 7 monoclonal antibodies for every case. Of the 23 NHL, 9 were identified as T-cell lineage, 8 as B-cell lineage, 3 as non-T-non-B and unclassified type respectively. The conformity rate of immunophenotyping with morphologic appearence may be 80% in B-cell lineage and 60% in T-cell lineage. There is some clinical significance in the estimation of immunophenotyping based on morphologic appearence. So, it may be useful in the daily work. A serological survey of antibodies to the HTLV were performed in this series. We found only one seropositive patient with pleomorphic T-cell lymphoma. The relationship between HTLV and T-cell NHL needs further investigation.更多还原
