猫腹侧海马微量注射 NE 对隔核单位放电的影响

【摘要】 实验在麻醉猫的隔区共记录到19个自发放电单位,多数(68.4%)以中频、单个非均匀性发放为主,其中10个单位有6个对腹侧海马微量注射 NE 呈抑制反应。结果提示,猫隔核可能参与腹侧海马内去甲肾上腺素能系统的功能活动

【Abstract】 The electrical activity of 19 neurons in the region of the septum was recorded in urethane-chloralose anesthetized cats.The spontaneous activity of 68.4% of the cells was single and irregular with firing rate of 1-10 spikes/s.of the 10 units examined,6 were inhibited by the ventral hippocampal injection of norepinephrine.The result suggests that the septum of the cat might be involved in the central activity of the adrenergic system of the ventral hippocampus.
