【摘要】 本实验在体外观察了硒对正常人外周血淋巴细胞转化率、淋巴细胞产生IL-2能力以及淋巴细胞对 IL-2反应性的影响。结果表明,硒能增强人淋巴细胞转化率和淋巴细胞产生 IL-2的能力,但不能提高淋巴细胞对 IL-2的反应性,提示硒可通过增强淋巴细胞产生 IL-2的能力而增强人体免疫系统抗肿瘤的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of selenium on PHA response,the interleukin 2(IL-2)production and the proliferative response to IL2 of peripheral blood lymphocytes was studied in normal subjects Peripheral blood lymphocytes cultured in the presence of sodium selenium showed increased proliferation in response to PHA and produced more IL2 than those cultured with PHA alone.The proliferative response to IL2 was not affec- ted by sodium selenite added.It is suggested that the anticancer ability of human immunologic system can be increased by lymphocytes which produce more IL2 in the presence of selenium更多还原
