西安地区黄胸鼠(Rattusflavipectus)的染色体研究
Chromosome Study of Rattus flavipectus in Xi’an
【摘要】 西安地区黄胸鼠(Rattus flavipectus)的核型分析结果表明,染色体数目2n=42。常染色体由13对末端着丝粒染色体以及7对小的中着丝粒染色体组成。性染色体XY 是一对大小不等的末端着丝粒染色体。时染色体的 G—带,C—带和 Ag—带也做了观察分析,所得结果与 Yosida(1973)的文献资料相比较可以看出,西安地区黄胸鼠的核型可能是从亚洲型黑家鼠(Rattus rattus tanezumi)演化而来的。
【Abstract】 The chromosomes of buff-breasted rat(Rattus flavipectus).captured at houses of Xi’an citywere karyotyped.The rasults showed that chromosomal diploid number was 2n=42,containing 13pairs of acro-,7 pairs of smaller metacenteic and XY sex chromosomes(large acro-and smallest acro-chromosome,respectively).The patterns of G-bands,C-bands,and Ag-bands were described.In com-parison with Yosida’s reports(1073,1980),it seems that the karyotype of buff-breasted rat may origi-nate from basic Rattus karyotype in Asian black rat(Rattus Tattus tanezumi).
