大豆对豆秆黑潜蝇抗选性及抗生性的研究

【摘要】 盆栽人工接虫试验表明:单株着卵量品种间差异极显著,品种 N3562叶片水溶物及醇溶物中,可能存在抗拒豆秆蝇成虫产卵的化学物质.田间自然虫源试验中,品种间豆秆蝇蛹重差异显著,说明大豆对豆秆黑潜蝇存在抗生性作用;茎秆虫量、叶柄虫量、全株虫量以及虫量在茎秆与叶柄内的分布比例,品种间存在显著差异;全株虫量、叶柄虫量、尤其是茎秆虫量,品种间差异随剥查推迟而愈加明显;茎秆虫量反映何种抗性机制,有待进一步查明.

【Abstract】 In the artificial inoculation experiments,the number of eggs per plant was significantly dif-ferent among host genotypes.There might be some specific chemicals in the water extraction and ethanol ex-traction from N3562 leaves which prevented adult oviposition.In the natural innoculation experiment,the difference of pupal weight among host genotypes was signif-icant,indicating the presence of antibiosis of soybeans to the insect. Furthermore,there also existed signifi-cant difference on the maggot count in stem,in petiole,and in whole plant,as well as on the ratio of mag-got count in stem to that in petiole.The diversity of maggot count among host genotypes in whole plant,inpetiole,especially in stern became further obvious with delaying of date for inspection.
