蔬菜对LAS吸收与代谢过程研究
A Study on LAS Absorption and Metabolism of Vegetable.
【摘要】 该文用亚甲兰改进法测定了不同浓度的阴离子表面活性剂(指直链烷基苯磺酸钠盐,通常以LAS表示)在青菜、茼蒿等蔬菜体内的残留量。研究了LAS被蔬菜吸收及代谢过程的规律。经多次实验,得出了LAS浓度变化对蔬菜生长的影响和降雨对植物吸收LAS影响的结论。
【Abstract】 The residue of anionics surfactant (Linear Alhyl Ben-zene sulfonate, LAS) in the vegetable such as pockchoi and garlandchrysanthemuon has been determined by using modified Methyleneblue method. The research of LAS’S absorbed and metabolized by veg-etable has been made. From repeated experiments, the conclu sionswere obtained about the effect of variability of LAS concentration ongrowth of vegetable, and the effect of rainfall on LAS absorption ofvegetable.
