双脉冲TEA CO2激光器电路参数的选择

【摘要】 分析了电路参数及电路结构对双脉冲TEA CO2激光器输出稳定性的影响,并提出合理选择电路参数与结构的原则。实验结果,证实了分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 This peper describes the influence of the circuit perameters andconstruction in the double-pulsed TEA CO2 laser. On the output stability andstates the principle for reasonable selecting circuit perameters and construc-tion. The test results proved the correctness of the analysis.
