【Abstract】 In this paper, we discuss the factorizability of entire functions with the follwing form: where P（z） and q（z） are polynomials of degree K and m respectively, K>m≥1, and m is odd, H₁（z） and H₂（z） are two entire functions of order less than m which are not identically zero.
