金黄仓鼠的超数排卵及胚胎在生殖道中的分布

【摘要】 本文旨在建立金黄仓鼠的超排技术、了解附植前胚胎在生殖道内的分布。超排实验分成5组:1)于发情第一天上午注射PMSG,78小时后,注射HCG;2)、发情第一天下午注射PMSG,72小时后注射HCG;3)、发情第一天上午注射PMSG后不注射HCG;4)按1)重复超排;5)对照.各组的排卵数分别为38.3±15.2、41.1±16.1、26.8±12.0、38.5±12.0、7.1±3.6。四组的超排结果均极显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。超排的仓鼠交配后,胚胎在65小时前均位于输卵中,至67小时始进入子宫。但未受精卵在相当于交配后67小时多位于输卵管中;87小时后,其存留位置和其外透明带的脱落与否显著相关。超排后胚胎在生殖道中的发育状况和自然发情的相似。

【Abstract】 This article was designed to establish the technique of superovulation on the golden hamster and understand the distribution of the preimplantation embryos in the female genital tract. Hamsters were assigned to one of the five groups: 1) superovulated with PMSG on Day 1 of estrous cycle with HCG treatment 78 h later; 2) superovulated with PMSG on Day 1 of estrous cycle with HCG treatment 72 h later; 3) superovulated only with PMSG on Day 1 of estrous cycle; 4) resuperovulation; and 5)control. The ovulation rate in groups 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 was 38.3±15.2, 41.1 ±16.1, 26.8±12.0, 38.5±12.0, and 7.1±3.6, respectively. In groups 1,2,3 or 4 the ovulation rate was significantly higher(p<0.01)than that in group 5. All of the embryos remained in the oviduct for 65 h after the superovulated hamster was copulated. At 67 h, 56.3% embryos were transported into uterus. At 85 h, some embryos implanted. However, the transport of unfertilized ova was different from that of embryos. Most of the unfertilized ova were in the oviduct at 67 h. After 87 h the situation of the unfertilized ova was associated with 87h the situation of the unfertilized ova was associated with their pellucide zona.
