氟化物对桑叶碳代谢的某些影响
Effects of Fluoride on the Metabolism of Carbohydrate of Mulberry.
【摘要】 本试验采用HF熏气和NaF处理的方法,研究了熏气后桑叶碳水化合物含量的变化,以及离体条件下NaF对相应的一些酶活性的影响,结果发现:①熏气后,桑叶中核糖、木糖,果糖、葡萄糖含量上升,而蔗糖、淀粉含量下降;②NaF对离体淀粉酶和磷酸葡萄糖变位酶活性有明显抑制作用,而对离体6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶活性无明显影响,但在熏气条件下,6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶却被强烈刺激;③NaF对苹果酸脱氢酶活性影响不明显,对异柠檬酸脱氢酶有轻微的抑制作用,而对琥珀酸脱氢酶有明显抑制作用,特别是当有PO43-存在时,抑制作用更明显,当〔F-〕=〔PO43-〕时,抑制作用达最大,抑制率达63.3%。
【Abstract】 By both the fumigation (for 8 hours a day with 32 μg/m3 HF)and in vitro, we studied the change of contents of carbohydrate and the change of activities of several enzymes. The results were obtained as follows: By fumigating, the contents of fructose, gltcose, xylose, ribose in mulberry leaves increased, and the contents of sucrose, starch decreased。The activities of amylase and phosphoglucomutase were inhibited by NaF in vitro. The activity of phosphoglucomutase was inhibited by 59.67% when [F-]=5mmol/L. The activity of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase was not notably affected by F- in vitro。But in fumigation, the enzyme was highly activated by 143% in the sixth day. In vitro, Fluorlde did not give effects upon the succinic dehydrogenase, while the isocitrate dehydrogenase was slightly inhibited by Fluoride. The amber dehydrogenase was obviously inhibited especially in the presence of PO43-, When the concentration of F- was equal to the concentration of PO43-, the inhibition was maximum by 61.3%.
