Z—0.36/7空气压缩机噪声综合治理

【摘要】 分析空气压缩机噪声源及其特点,运用噪声综合治理控制技术,对 Z-0.36/7空气压缩机机组的运转工作噪声实施隔振、隔声、降噪等综合治理,使该机组噪声由实测最大噪声级89dB(A)下降到70dB(A)。以实用、有效的方法取得明显的降噪效果,性能稳定,净化了教学、科研环境。

【Abstract】 The noise source and its characteristics of air compressor are analysed.The comprehensive noise control by use of the techniques of vibration isolation,sound insulation and noise reduction are taken for an unit of air compressor Z-0.36/7,its noise has already been reduced down from 89 dB (A),the actually measured maximum level,to 70 dB(A).The results of noise reduction and puri- fying the environment are obvious and satisfactory.The practical approach describing in this paper is more simple and effective,and the performance of operation is stable.
