施氮量对“绵阳82—53”小麦加工品质的影响

【摘要】 试验以常规小麦品种“绵阳11号”为对照品种,研究了“绵阳82—53”小麦品种在亩施纯N:0、5、10、15、20kg的条件下的加工品质变化。结果表明:随着施N量的增加,“绵阳82—53”比对照“绵阳11号”的籽粒蛋白质含量和产量、湿面筋含量、面粉沉降值、烘焙体积等平均分别提高30.79%和36.03%、38.56%、37.38%、18.46%,该品种在亩施纯N10~15kg时,配合良好的农艺措施,可以显著提高该品种的加工品质。

【Abstract】 Experiment was carried out on the variance of processed quality of wheat "Mianyang 82—53" , which the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer per mu was respectively 0, 5, 10, 20kg and the cheak variaty was wheat "Mianyang 11". The results showed that protein in grains:yield, wet gluten, flout sendimentation value and loaf volume of "M. 82—53" were respectively inereased by 30.7%, 36.03%, 38.56%, 37.38% and 18.46% more than that of cheak variety "M.11". The processed quality of the new variety was significantly improved while the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer per mu was 10~15kg, coordinating a series of suitable agronomic measures.
