液压支架空间力学模型及受力计算方法的研究
3D MODEL OF POWERED SUPPORT AND METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF STRESSES ON THE SUPPORT
【摘要】 本文模拟液压支架强度试验,用空间力学模型分析支架受力,推导出支架空间受力的解析表达式,使支架的受力分析与实际工况接近,克服了目前通用的平面力系计算方法的严重缺陷。以空间力学模型为基础开发出WGF-SCP液压支架实用设计计算通用程序,利用该程序对两种支架进行了模拟计算,并进行了对比试验分析,计算精度较平面力系算法提高20%以上。从理论上证实了各种加载方式对支架构件的影响程度。
【Abstract】 A 3D mechanical model is used to simulate the strength test of powered support in this paper.The expression for analysis of stresses on the support is deduced,so that the stress analysis of the support is close to the real working conditions.Thus,the disadvantages of the current general method for calculating the planar mechanical system is overcome.The general program for actual design of WGF-SCP support based on 3D mechanical model is developed.Two types of support are calculated by using this program.The test has proved that the calculation precision of the 3D method is 20% higher than 2D method.The effect of various loading methods on the structure of support is also proved in theory.
