采空区灌注锅巴盐溶液预防煤层自然发火
PREVENTION OF SPONTANEOUS IGNITION OF COAL SEAM BY INJECTION OF BRINE MADE FROM SALT RESIDUAL
【摘要】 本文用气相色谱法研究了食盐的废物——锅巴盐溶液——对煤的阻燃作用。在总结国内外理论的基础上,概述了以下两种学说:(1)吸水盐类液膜隔氧降温学说;(2)副催化理论。根据上述论点,通过对多种阻化剂性能测定和经济指标对比,锅巴盐溶液被认为是一种经济而适用的阻化剂。在南桐三井2402宋空区条带式灌注浓度为10%的锅巴盐溶液,取得良好的防火效果。实验证明,阻化作用随锅巴盐溶液用量增加而提高,用量增大,阻化剂附着在煤表面上增多,增强了隔氧、吸湿、降温作用,从而抑制和延缓煤的自燃。锅巴盐的阻化效果,还受采矿方法、通风方式的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper gas chromatography was made to study the fire retardancy of brine made from salt residual.The paper outlines two theories on the basis of investigations made at home and abroad:(1)cooling effect theory by use of absorption brine membrane for oxygen isolation;(2)para- catalytic effect theory.According to the above-mentioned theories,comparison of properties and economic indices of several retarders was made.Brine made from salt residual is considered as an economic and applicable retarder.Solution with 10% concentration of salt residual was injected into strips of gob of No.2402 face in Nantong No.3 shaft with good results.The practical experience has shown that the retardant effect increases with the increase of salt concentration and quantity of retarder applied. More retarder sticking on the surface of coal will promote the oxygen isolation effect,moisture absorption and colling effect.Thus,spontaneous ignition of seam is inhibited and retarded.In addition,the retardant effect of the brine is also influenced by the mining and ventilation methods.
