多绳摩擦轮提升的防滑边界约束条件分析
ANALYSIS OF ANTI-SLIP BOUNDARY CONSTRAINT CONDITIONS FOR MULTI-ROPE FRICTION HOIST
【摘要】 本文推导出了摩擦轮提升的防滑边界约束条件,即静张力比 K_j,质量模数 Z 和制动力矩倍数 K 的边界约束条件。指出防滑计算的关键问题是满足 K_j,Z 和 K的边界约束条件,并使其合理匹配。对单容器带平衡锤提升防滑的分析提出了全新的计算方法。
【Abstract】 The anti-slip boundary constraint conditions for a friction hoist, namely,the boundary constraint conditions of the static tensile force ratio,K_j, mass modulus,Z,braking torque multiple,K,are deduced in this paper.It is pointed out by the author that the most important thing in calculation is to satisfy the boundary constraint conditions of the K_j,Z and K and make them reasonably match.And a brand new calculation method is proposed for anti-slip analysis of a hoist with a single container and a balancer.
