分离乙醇和水的聚氯乙烯光化学接枝膜的接枝方法研究
The PVC Photochemical Grafting Membrane Separating Ethanol and Water
【摘要】 聚氯乙烯光化学接枝膜,是在聚氯乙烯微孔滤膜上,采用光化学方法接枝丙烯酸制成的渗透蒸发分离膜。该膜对乙醇-水体系具有一定的分离效果,微孔基膜上的微孔在接枝后将被亲水性接枝层完全封住,使被分离物质在膜中的溶解-扩散过程得以实现。这些被亲水性接枝物所封住的微孔,正是所期望的渗透蒸发分离通道。
【Abstract】 The PVC photochemical grafting membrane is a kind of permselective pervaporation membranes by photochemical grafting acrylic acid onto the porous polyvinyl chloride film. It has some separating properties for the water-ethanol system. The porosity on the porous base film must be filled with hydrophilic grafting layer after grafting reaction,then the solution-diffusion mechanism of material separated in the membrane will have been achieved. The porosity filled with hydrophilic material is the separating permeating paths which we expect.
