【Abstract】 In this paper,the theorectical work and practical experiense of outhors for many years were summarized ,and the mechanism of electric field emulsion-breakdown was theoretically discussed, the processes of practically electric field emulsion-breakdown by AC, DC and PC were also inquired into. The influeces of viscosity in emulsion, volume ratio of phases and temperature on electric emulsion-breakdown are briefly described,and the problems occurred in the process of electric emulsion-breakdown and its solving methods are analyzed too.更多还原
