【摘要】 以Al2O3,为代表的多孔陶瓷膜由于其优良的耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐微生物侵蚀等性质,近年来在液体分离领域(如水处理、食品饮料加工以及生物工程等)迅速被应用。涉及陶瓷膜的研究开发工作也在众多实验室和产业部门深入开展。本文对八十年代以来这一新型膜技术的发展情况作了较为详细的总结,介绍了陶瓷膜的性能、制备、应用以及各生产厂家的产品。并在此基础上指出了陶瓷技术发展中的一些问题,展望了陶瓷膜用于气体分离和高温膜反应器的前景。

【Abstract】 Because of their advantages over organic mrmbranes in thermal, mechanical and structureal stability, chemical and microbiological resistance, and ease of cleaning, porous ceramic membranes, as a complement rather than a competitor, have been increasingly used in liquid separations, such as waste water and oil treatments, food and beverage processing and biotechnology etc., since about 1980. Moreover, the R&D activeties concerning new ceramic membranes and processes are well under way in many universities, government laboratories and industrial companies. The present paper reviews the historial aspect and recent status of ceramic membranes, and discusses their properties, preparation and applications. The manufaetureres and products commercially available are also listed. Although much to be desired, the applications in gas separations and membrane reactors are in prospect.
