【Abstract】 50 cases of acute promyelocytic Leukemia (APL) were treated with ATRA and DAP treatment. The result showed that complete remission rates were 92.85% and 54.54% in ATRA and DAP groups respectively and there was s-ignificant difference in complete remission rate between two groups(P<0.05). The patients in ATRA group must be treated strictly after complete remissi-on, otherwise APL may relapse. Dynamic changes of hemopoietic stemcells, CEU-GM and CEU-E were investigated before and after the treatment.更多还原
