【摘要】 本实验采用切割鼠尾静脉取血法,利用大白鼠Co⁶⁰照射后的血象明显低于正常的病理模型,观察大白鼠给药（碳酸锂）前后血象变化。给药后WBC明显高于给药前,（P<0.001）证实碳酸锂升高白细胞作用的可靠性。提示该药不仅是防治躁狂症和预防双相情感性精神病复发的首选药,而且为良好的升白细胞药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of lithium carbonate on hemateikon was observed in the pathologic model of rats treated with Co60 by the bloodletting of the rats tail venous. We found that the hemateikon of the rats treated with Co60 was significantly lower than the normal rats, and the white blood cells (WBC) were significantly increased after applying lithium carbonate to the rats (P<0.001) .what we observed corroborated the reliability of lithium carbonate incrasing WRC. The result indicated that lithium carbonate was not only a first selected drug fer preventing and treating mania as well as lor preventing the relapse of double affective psychosis but also a effective drug of evaluating WBC.更多还原
