【摘要】 观察了6例麻风(1例BT,5例LL型)患者眼球的组织学改变,发现4例(1例BT,3例LL型)眼内组织中有结核样肉芽肿病变,构成于类上皮细胞、郎罕氏巨细胞、大噬细胞和淋巴细胞等。这3例LL型患者,两例记载为已治愈,1例未注明治疗情况。在LL型患者(治愈及未洁愈)的眼内发现结核祥病变,使人考虑临床治愈的患者何以眼内会留有肉芽肿病变,以及何以LL型患者眼内会有类结核的反应。这是由于眼内部位有某种特性,或是它在代表升级反应?对于这些疑问,需要收集更多的标本做组织学观察,以便进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Histological changes in six eyes of six leprosy (one BT and five LL)patients were studied.Tuberculoid granuloma composed of epithelioid cells,Langhans giant cells, macrophages and lymphocytes were found in various intraocular tissues,e.g.cornea,sclera,iris,ciliary body or retina in one BT and three LL patients.According to the records,of the three LL paients two were cured,but the out come of treatment was not mentioned in the third one.In (?)w of the finding of the granulomatous lesions in clinically cured patients and tuberculoid granuloma presenting in the intraocular tissues of LL patients,could one suspect that there might be some peculiarities in the intraocular sites or the tuberculoid reaction as a manifestation of upgrading reaction?
