【摘要】 47例多菌型病人用RFP、B663和DDS规则治疗27个月疗效甚佳,副作用少,且有控制Ⅰ型反应的作用。停药后临床继续好转,细菌持续下降,病理改变逐渐消退,随访近5年,因非麻风死亡4例,另43例中已有38例达到治愈标准,无1例复发,表明MDT短程疗法可以治愈多菌型麻风,对限期基本消灭麻风有重要价值,应大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourty seven leprosy patients have regularly taken WHO’s regimen of MDT for 27 months.The treatment showed exceUent curative effect,had few side effect and was able to control type Ⅱ reaction.During 56 month followup after stop of the treatment,their clinical conditions have been continuing to improve,BI keeping decline and pathological changes going on to subside in them.By the last follow-up, 38 of 43 survival patients had been cured,and there is no relapse to be found.更多还原
