【Abstract】 26 cases(29 eyes) of corneal dystrophies were performed penetrating keratoplasty and followed up 0.5～10 years. The disease was no recurrence. The rate of graft transparency was 79.3%. Correated vision was 0.3 or better in 15 cases after the operation. The authors regard penetrating keratoplasty is the best way for treatment of corneal dystrophies更多还原
