平菇新品种PL-23生物学特性及其栽培

【摘要】 通过平板法、瓶栽法、玉米大田卧埋式立体栽培法,秋冬棚单面立墙式栽培法和早春室内双面立墙式栽培法等研究了平菇新品种PL-23的生物学特性。结果表明,平菇新品种PL-23菌丝最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为6~7,在无光条件下菌丝生长速度快于有光条件。在4种培养料配方中,平菇新品种PL-23发菌期最短,子实体产量最高,较对照平菇品种产量差异达显著或极显著水平。在3种平菇高产栽培方法中,菜平PL-23子实体产量和生物效率比对照品种(除西德33外)显著提高。

【Abstract】 The cultivation character of "Lai Ping PL-23" was studied throug the plate methodcultivation in bottles, stereoscopic planting in corn field and wall-like cultivation. The resuits show that the optimum temperature for mycelium growth is 25℃, the optimum pH vale is 6~7. In dark condition, the mycelium grows faster than that in light condition, The cultivation in bottles with four kinds of media suggests that the incubation period of "PL-23" is the shortest, the yield is the highest, The difference of yield between "PL-23" and other five Pleurotus spp. is significant or highly significant respectively. In three high-yield cultivation methods, the yield and biological efficiency of "Lai ping P1-23" increase significantly than that of controlled varieties (excep. t for cide 33). Thus, Lai Ping P1-23 is a new high yield strain which is worth popularizing.
