以模拟为基础的简单分馏塔经济优化
Economic Optimization of Energy in Simple Fractionator Based on Simulation
【摘要】 通过简单分馏塔的用能分析,指出分离过程推动力的耗主要取决于回流比与全塔温度降。整个分馏塔可分成能量转换、利用与回收三个环节分别优化,最后通过节点价综合协调。编制了简单分馏塔优化程序。实际应用发现,所得回流比与传统优化值不同,年总费用下降近50%。这对开发局部系统的能量综合优化具有一定的意义。
【Abstract】 By analyizing the energy utilization of the simple fractionator, it was pointed out that, the energy consumption, as the driving force of separation processes, depends mainly on the reflux ratio and the temp. drop across the whole towcr. The fractionator can be dcvided into three parts, namely, conversion, utilization and recovery of energy. After the optimization of the three parts respectively and the final integrated coordination of energy values at the linking points, an optimizing program for the simple fractionator was worked out. Practices showed that, the reflux ratio obtained was different from that ob- tained by traditional optimization, and the annual cost was reduced by 50%. The program is available for the development of integrated energy optimization of partial sys- tems.
