渣油减粘裂化反应规律及操作条件的选择
Reaction Mechanism and Selection of Operating Conditions of Residual Oil Visbreaking
【摘要】 讨论了渣油的组成及性质,以及减粘裂化反应的操作条件对反应速度和反应深度的影响规律。同时总结了石化科学研究院近几年来从事减粘裂化反应研究的大量实验结果,提出了"对于国产减压渣油而育,原料油中沥青质的含量不是影响减粘裂化最大允许转化率的主要原因"的见解,并且推荐上流式减粘裂化工艺为适合国情的工艺路线。
【Abstract】 The composition and properties of residual oils as well as the effects of operating con- ditions on the rates and severity of visbreaking reactions were discussed. Such a discussion is referential to the proper selection of visbreaking operating conditions. On the basis of summarization of a large amount of experimental data obtained from the research on visbreaking reaction by RIPP in the past years. the authors have put forward such a view that for the domestic vacuum residua, the asphaltene content in feedstock is not a main factor effecting the maximum allowable conversion in visbreaking. The upflow-type visbreaking process, being considered as adaptable for domestic situarion, was recommended.
