调心滚子轴承锌合金压铸保持架的研制

【摘要】 用压铸工艺研制出了调心滚子轴承锌合金压铸保持架。轴承台架寿命试验结果表明,装压铸锌合金保持架的轴承比装铅黄铜保持架轴承的寿命长,压铸锌合金保持架的耐磨性高于铅黄铜保持架。研制实践表明,锌合金压铸保持架的材料利用率高于70%,少无切削加工,生产效率高,成本低。

【Abstract】 A zinc-containing solid retainers for spherical roller bearings has been developed by com- pression casting process. The results of rig test for bearing life show that the bearings with the com- pression casting zinc-containing retainers have longer life than that with the retainers made of lead brass. The wear-resistance of compression casting zinc-containing retainers is higher than that of lead brass retainers. From the developing practice, it is concluded that the material utilization ratio of compression casting zine-containing retainers is more than 70%. The retainer has no or less need for maching and can be manufactured with high productivety and low cost.
