【摘要】 本研究目的在于评价二维超声心动图在心肌活检中的价值,并对35例心肌病患者的活检钳最佳显影部位和安全性进行了探讨。采用经皮股静脉穿刺法,金部病例从剑下和心尖四腔心切面均能获得清晰图像,术中可见活检钳经上腔静脉进入右心房并跨过三尖瓣进入右心室腔,活检钳显影率和确定取采部位的成功率为100%,术中可以从室间隔、心尖和心室游离壁钳取1至3个标本,全部病例未发现并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aims at assessing the value of two-dimensional echocardiography in myocardial biopsy and exploring the optimal view for bioptome localization and safety in 35 consecutive patients with myocardial disease of undetermined origin.The percutaneous femoral vein approach is used and the subx- iphoid sagittal view and the apical four chamber view are found to be the most useful ones which reveal a dear image in all the 35 patients.The bioptome can be seen entering the right atrium from the inferior ve- na cava and is seen crossing the tricuspid valve and entering the right ventricular cavity.The success rate in visualizing the bioptome and in defining the site of sampling was 100 percent.In the course of biopsy,one to three tissue samples were obtained from the ventricular septum,apex and free wall.No complication was noted.更多还原
