【摘要】 作者在4例实验家犬中注入酒精至腹腔神经丛阻滞后7天,全麻下活体解剖取材,并和自身未注射酒精的右腰交感神经对照。电镜和光镜下显示:局部注入酒精可使神经元胞核固缩、粗面内质网和 Golgi’s复合体扩张成泡状结构、脂褐素颗粒显著增加、神经纤维内微丝、微管减少和排列紊乱,髓鞘髓样变等均说明神经元胞体、有髓或无髓神经纤维均有退行性改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The celiac Plexus of four experimental dogs were injected with alcohol solu- tions.After seven days,both the injected and uninjected lumbei sympathetic ganglias were taken down for biopsy under general anesthesia,and then their morphologic and ultrastructural changes were observed.The results show that their morphogenesis hardly changes significantly,but in their ultrastructures there are neuronic karyopyknosis expanding rough cndoplasmic reticulum(RER) and golgi complex which change into vesicular structure,increasing of lipofuscin granules and microfilament in the neural fiber,and the myelin sheath showing a marrowlike change.The facts suggest that the Perikaryon of neurons, myelinated and unmyelinated nerve fibers may present degeneration.更多还原
