【摘要】 防治黄斑星天牛(Anoplophora nobilis)和光肩星天牛(A.glabripennis)方法很多,效果不一。本文从树木天然固有的驱虫特性方面进行研究,拟探索防治天牛的新方法。通过从臭椿(Ailanthus altissima)和苦楝中(Melia aiedarch)提取有效活性物质做生物测定表明,其皮、叶、木质部的乙醚和水提取物,涂抹在木段上,对天牛成虫取食、刻槽和产卵均有较大影响。其中皮的活性物质最强,刻槽仅为对照的0—15％,几乎不产卵。以6月中—7月上旬的提取物活性最强,其抑制性为对照的75％以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The measures of controlling Anoplophora nobilis and A. glabripennis were varied ant their effects were different. The natural intrinsic vermifugal characteristics of tree have been studied in order to probe into the method controlling capricorn beetle. The biological determination of active substances extracted from ailanthus tree (Ailan-thus altissima) and bitter chinaberry tree showed that the extractions from skin,leaf and hadromestome of two species of trees using ether and water which had been daubed into trunk of tree had remarkable effects on the eating,carving trough,depositing of adult of capricorn beetle. The percentage of carving trough in the treated trunk of tree was 0-15%of the untreated,with almost no depositing. The activity of extraction in the periods from the second ten-day of June to the first ten-day of July was the strongest,and the controlling rate was more than 75% of the check.更多还原
