【摘要】 通过图像分析仪采用立体计量分析方法对家兔实验性膜性肾小球肾炎时肾小球的形态结构变化、形成新月体的状况及肾小管上皮细胞酶学变化等进行定量观察。结果证实:图像定量分析能比较客观地、精确地分析肾小球毛细血管丛形态结构参数的变化、毛细血管壁厚度、形成新月体的大小和多少及肾小管上皮细胞酶的变化,这有利于开展肾小球肾炎病理形态和功能的相关研究,并可为药物对肾小球肾炎疗效的观察提供形态学的定量依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathological changes of glomeruli and tubules in experimental membranous glomeruonephritis (MGN) were analysed by stereological quantitative methods in image analysis system. The results showed that it can analyse the objectively and accurately changes in morphological parameters of glomerular tufts, the thickness of glomerular capillary walls,the size and numbers of crescent and the enzymes in tubular epithelial cells. It is beneficial to develop the relative stadies on the pathological morphology and functional changes in glomerulonephritis,and it can also provide the morphological quan- titative basis for observing the drug effects in glomerulonephritis.更多还原
