【Abstract】 The purpose of this essay was to put pathological insight into defferential diagnosis between ulcercancer and cancerous ulcer via retrospective analysis of 63 previously (1976～1986) diagnosed ulcer —cancer cases. Authors recognized that ulcer—cancer might be considered to be an independent type and indicated that the biological behavior of ulcer-cancer might be better than that of common gastric cancer. Multiple tissue biopsy under gastric endoscope was strongly suggested in patient with long history of chronic gastric ulcer and recent acceleration of symptoms and signs in order to make early diagnosis of ulcer-cancer.更多还原
