【摘要】 本文对64例高血压患者的寸口、趺阳脉的越声多普勒血流图的参数进行了检测,并以30例正常人的寸口、趺阳脉的超声多普勒血流图进行了对照,结果是:高血压病的肝火亢盛证组、肝肾阴虚证组、阴阳两虚证组、正常人组间的多普勒血流图的参数存在着显著性的差异。笔者认为,高血压病者的寸口,趺阳脉多普勒血流图,可作为高血压病辨证分型的客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 After observing the Doppler Herr otachogram of 94 casesof hypertension a special relationship has been discovered betweensyndromes of hypertension and the Doppler Hemotchogram to acertain degree.This paper has analysed the principle of the formationof syndromes of hypertension and has expounded the diagnstic meaningof the Doppler Hemotachogram for syndromes of hypertension.hasinquired into the relation between Doppler Hemotachogram changesand Traditional Chinese Medicine′s differentiation of symptoms andsigns of hypertension,and has evaluated reasonaly the clinical usefulness and value of diagnosis and differentiation of hypertension.Initialresults have also been obtained.the syndrome of flaming—up of theliver—fire to the deficiency of liver—yin and kidneyyin syndrome tothe deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome.This paper seems thatthere are no differencea between left and right cunkou pulse.Sincethe Doppler Hemotachograme is a very important method of studyingpulse,So the medical worker of Traditional Chinese Medicine oughtto pay sufficient attention to this method.更多还原
