新显色剂间溴偶氮羧——m与铜的显色反应及其应用研究
Study on a Colour Reaction Between Copper and Metabromocarboxyazo—m and Its Application in Determinations
【摘要】 本文研究了铜(Ⅱ)与新显色剂间溴偶氮羧—m的显色反应,在5~20℃试剂与铜形成β型配合物,最大吸收波长为710nm,ε710=1.11×105L·mol-1·cm-1,显色酸度为pH2.80~3.20,铜含量在0~16μg/25mL服从比耳定律,颜色稳定,操作简便,测定铝合金中铜的结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Metabromocarboxyazo—m, a new spectrophotometric reagent has been investigated for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ), Its colour reaction develops readily at roomtemperature 5~20℃. The coloured complex exhibits maximum absorption at 710nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity has been found to be 1.11×105L·mol-1.cm-1. Beer’s law is followed in the range of 0~16 μg/25mL for Cu (Ⅱ). The method has the advantages of stability and simpticity.
